The WordPress Bulk Page Creator

The WordPress Bulk Page Creator

Introduction

Suppose you run stores with several locations and wish to highlight each location’s distinctive details on your WordPress website. Making a separate webpage for every city is going to be a time-consuming task. The most important thing you’ll need to make your WordPress website is an administrator for bulk pages.

In this post, I’ll describe a great plugin, LPagery, that takes the burden of creating and maintaining large numbers of static landing pages.

Create Bulk Pages quickly using LPagery.

LPagery can help you create thousands or hundreds of pages on your WordPress website with minimal installation. Your marketing team and you can reduce time by introducing new pages in minutes.

LPagery functions by using templates you design that contain placeholders for columns from your source data, which is the format of a CSV file, XLSX file, or Google Sheets. When you sync or import your data file, LPagery automatically creates many pages as rows and then fills the placeholders. LPagery can also create articles and post types that you can customize (CPPT). Just like the magic of it, content gets generated. Are you looking to alter the layout of all your pages or posts, or do you want to modify the content? Thanks to our feature for updating, it is achievable!

How to Use LPagery

The LPagery application is straightforward to utilize. I’ll explain the primary use and discuss some more advanced features. LPagery integrates with the most well-known page builders and themes. I’ll show the plugin with the Elementor plugin in this post.

Installation

The first step is to install the LPagery extension from their site.

After you’ve installed the plugin installed, install it and then activate it on your WordPress site in the same way as you usually do. The plugin will ask you to enter your license number. The plugin will then will scroll down to assist in completing the process.

Once the plugin is activated, You’ll notice an option for LPagery on the WordPress admin bar. You can start creating mass landing pages fast directly from the dashboard.

However, first, you have to create the CSV file to import.

Step 1: Set Up a CSV File

You must first create a CSV spreadsheet or file to store your data. This could be a straightforward spreadsheet with only a few columns. Using the CSV or XLSX files and even transferring data to Google Sheets is possible.

Imagine owning a network of toy stores all over the United States. Some are huge with many options; others are kiosk-style mini-stores with toys. It is possible to have three columns.

city The Store’s address

Store-typeFull dimension or mini-store?

That includes: what does the Store have to offer?

You would then add the required rows to cover all of your locations. These column headings function as tags while we build template pages within WordPress.

Step 2: Create a Template Page

If you have an Excel spreadsheet, you can create the template page. The template is among the features that make the process more efficient. Each bulk page follows this pattern, so you don’t need to burden your brain or the team creating layouts for hundreds of pages.

In WordPress, you can create your new page like you would usually. It is possible to use the column headers we have as the title, like the city. This will make it easier to locate the appropriate pages following creating the entire page. You can create a webpage called “city” Store in our case.

Keep the pages.

Step 3: Design the Template Page

You can create your page layout using any preferred method at this stage. LPagery is compatible in conjunction with every theme and page builder. In this case, I have used the Elementor theme.

The beauty of LPagery is that it allows you to create tags for the page headers from the headers of your columns. If you import your CSV document, LPagery utilizes that information to build every unique page.

If we include the word store type and feature as an option on our website, the title will automatically translate. We’ll find out shortly.

You can create as essential or as complicated your layout as you’d like using Elementsor. The pages LPagery makes for you to follow your design. Save your page, then return to the LPagery menu on your administrator dashboard.

Step 4: Create Landing Pages

Once the template has been made, it’s time to import the template data and build the actual pages. On the LPagery menu, choose your Template Page. You may also select a Parent Page if you want to arrange your website that way. You can also set an individual URI URL and choose Categories or Tags.

Now is the time to select the CSV File and Google Sheets, or you could even utilize the Radius feature, which automatically sets cities depending on the parameters you specify. If you click Next, a modal window will appear with the pages that will be made.

If everything is in order, then click to create Pages. Then, you’ll get a prompt to review the pages that you’ve made, and the link will direct users to the Pages menu.

Click on any page, then click open to check how it came out.

From here, you cancan edit your pages and include more information for each area. This is particularly useful for those with an entire team working on the pages. Everyone is likely using the same template, meaning your style, layout, and branding are already integrated into the design.

It’s that simple to create pages for bulk use with LPagery.

Additional Features

I’ve previously mentioned the possibility of importing Google Sheets, but let’s look at the additional options with this version. Pro version.

Image Processing

If you’re looking forward to having bulk pages made for you, you’ll want to check out the feature for image processing. You can not only have an individual image on every page. However, LPagery can also include the keywords that are in alt tags as well as provides metadata. It’s as easy as transferring your photos to your media library and putting the details into the CSV file.
